What does MBZ Designs specialize in?
We create everything from custom sports bag tags and trading cards to corporate swag, banners, ornaments, and one-of-a-kind gifts. If you can dream it, we can probably print it, cut it, or engrave it.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes — custom orders are our thing. Whether it’s tweaking one of our existing designs or starting from scratch, we’re here to make it happen.
Where are you located?
We’re an online-based shop, shipping nationwide (and sometimes beyond). Pick-up is available by appointment only.
What’s your average turnaround time?
Standard turnaround is usually three to five business days. Larger or bulk orders such as banners, corporate swag, or big sticker runs may take longer, but we’ll always communicate timelines up front.
Can I rush my order?
Yes, depending on our current workload. Rush fees will apply.
Do you offer bulk pricing?
Absolutely. We work with sports teams, realtors, and businesses all the time. We offer some bulk retail discounts. We also offer wholesale and B2B pricing as well.
What file types do you accept for printing?
We recommend vector files (SVG, PDF, or AI) for the best quality. High-resolution PNGs or JPGs can also work. If sending AI files, please make sure to turn all fonts into outlines so that the fonts are not lost when we open your artwork. Use your design software to create the banner in the size that you need. If you need help, please reach out.
How should I size my artwork for a banner?
Set your art-board (illustrator and Photoshop) to the actual banner size, for example 72 inches wide by 36 inches tall for a 6x3 banner, at a minimum of 100–150 DPI. Canva users can export as PDF Print or SVG. You can choose banner sizes and set sizes in Canva as well.
Can you fix my artwork if it’s not sized right?
In some cases, yes. If adjustments are needed, we’ll let you know before production. We will reach out to get the corrected artwork with suggestions. Please note, if we are waiting on artwork, it will delay production of your project.
What materials do you use for bag tags and trading cards?
We print on high-quality, durable acrylics and plastics designed to survive backpacks, locker slams, and road trips.
Are your banners weather-resistant?
Yes. Our 13 oz vinyl banners are designed to last, with optional grommets for extra durability.
Do you offer holographic stickers or specialty finishes?
Yes. We offer standard, holographic, and specialty vinyls. If not listed on our product pages, please reach out and we will send you specific pricing.
What’s your return or refund policy?
Since almost everything is custom, returns aren’t accepted unless there’s a production error. If we mess up, we’ll make it right.
Do you engrave on items I bring in?
Maybe. The first thing we have to confirm is that your item is laser safe. Please note that you will nneed to sign our customer-supplied item waiver. It protects us (and you) if the material doesn’t engrave as expected.
How do I care for my UV-printed or laser-engraved items?
Hand-wash only, avoid dishwashers and high heat, and treat them like the custom art pieces they are.
