How to Submit Files for Banners (Custom)
To make sure your banner prints sharp and professional, please follow these file setup guidelines:
1. Choose the Right Size
Set your design board or art board to the actual size of your banner.
Example: For a 6 ft x 3 ft banner, set your design to 72" wide x 36" tall2.
2.File Formats We Accept
Preferred: PDF (Print), SVG (vector file)
Also Accepted: High-resolution PNG or JPG (at least 150 DPI at full size) We will confirm that your file will work before printing.
3. Resolution Requirements
Minimum: 100 DPI at full banner size
Best Quality: 150 DPI or higher
Vector files (SVG, AI,PDF) are always best, since they scale without losing quality. Please make sure when sending AI files that you convert fonts to outlines so the fonts are not lost.
4. Using Canva
Set your design canvas to the full size of the banner.
Export as PDF (you can also export as SVG, and even send both)
Do not compress or reduce quality when downloading.
5. Using Illustrator or Other Design Software
Set the artboard to the full banner size.
Export as PDF or SVG.
Make sure fonts are outlined and images are embedded.
6. Sending Your Files
Upload files through our website. You can also email them to us, or share via a file transfer link (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.). Make sure you have given us permissions to download the files
If sending by email, please make sure the file size is under 25MB .
