By submitting artwork, logos, or other designs to Made by Zissa LLC/MBZ Designs, you confirm that you hold the rights, licenses, or permissions required to use these materials. Made by Zissa LLC/MBZ Designs assumes no responsibility for verifying trademark ownership or licensing status of customer-provided files.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring they have obtained proper authorization to use any trademarks, copyrighted works, or licensed designs included in their order.
If a logo or design is submitted without the proper licensing agreement, the order will be canceled. A 15% processing fee will be deducted from any refund issued.
